About COUSINS UTILITY SAUCE
Cousins Utility Sauce began in 1998 in a kitchen in German Village, Columbus, Ohio.  Doc and Bubba began with an old Tennessee family recipe, and after a multitude of adjustments and tastings, the Sweet Heat was born.

We competed as a barbeque team in Pickerington, Ohio at the Annual Jazz and Blues Ribfest from 1998 to 2008, winning a first place trophy each year.  Retired from competitive grilling, Utility Sauce is now made in small batches, is available in limited quantities, and loved all over the United States of America, and in Canada.
